Urban Lake

The Slovenian Urban lake is a large gravel pit in the beautiful country of Slovenia with a lovely wild feeling and an urban carp fishing feel for the adventure angler.

The lake consists of many depths and fishing is superb because there are some good snags and obstacles meaning use of a boat is a must. The lake is a good size with all swims having plenty of water in front of you, it is full of some of the hardest fighting carp you will come across.

There are eight double swims on the lake. We will always find the best spots and swims to get the most out of this incredible lake for your holiday.

Urban lake is home to some of Europe’s largest Carp with many over 40lb and a good stock over the 60lb mark with some pushing the 70lb barrier very soon.

You are sure to get in on some of the big fish action during your holiday. The lake stock is a combination of mirror, commons & some absolutely fantastic dark linear carp.

The Urban lake is another Slovenian venue that is arguably a beautiful lake with an added mix of the urban feel depending on what end of the lake you are fishing. The lake delivers both remarkable views and fantastic big carp fishing.

The lake is set close to the local town and provides all amenities needed for us to provide you with a unforgettable fishing holiday with comfort and some really wild fishing.

Our local guide Kristian Pertoci heads up the guiding at Urban Lake. Kristian has fished the lake for many years knowing every inch like the back of his hands.

Kristian will set you up, advise on the best places to fish, explain the swims and features of the lake, visit you daily and be available as required to help in any way he can to ensure you have all you need to catch these big Urban lake carp that reside in this stunning lake.

Airport Transfers

Our Full Circle Packages include airport transfers for both your inbound and outbound flights. We will arrange collection and drop-off for you and your luggage to ensure you have a hassle-free experience from the minute you arrive until the minute you depart.

We advise flying into a local airport where you can find daily budget flights from all London and Stansted airports with Lufthansa, Easyjet and Ryanair.

Alternative routes are available with Lufthansa, usually changing in Germany but still very good options.
