   1. any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opportunities;
   2. loss or corruption of any data, database or software;
   3. any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

General

1. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
2. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
3. These terms and conditions together with the Privacy & Cookies Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.
4. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
6. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
7. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Bookings

1. Deposits & Payments. If you have paid a deposit, you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you. If full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will notify the venue who may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in their booking conditions. Except where otherwise advised, all monies you pay to us for arrangements will be held on behalf of the venue concerned.
2. Accuracy of Prices. We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking.
3. Special requests. If you have any special requests (for example dietary requirements), please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the venue, but we can't guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.
4. Changes and Cancellations by you. Any cancellation or amendment request must be made by the lead name and sent to us in writing, by email or post, and will take effect on the day we receive it. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt, therefore you are advised to also confirm all changes by telephone. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation of any changes to your booking prior to travel. Whilst we will try to assist, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met. Amendments and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the venue. The venue may charge cancellation or amendment charges (which may be as much as 100% of the cost of the travel arrangements and will normally increase closer to the date of departure). In addition we may charge an administration fee of £25 per person.
5. Changes and Cancellations by the Venue. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if the venue needs to make a significant change to your confirmed arrangements or to cancel them. We will also liaise between you and the venue in relation to any alternative arrangements offered by the venue but we will have no further liability to you.
6. Passport, visa and health requirements. We can provide general information about the passport and visa requirements for your trip although your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. Neither we nor the venue(s) accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Please note that these requirements may change between booking and departure. Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. We cannot provide general information about any health formalities required for your trip so you should check with your own doctor for your specific circumstances in good time before your departure.
