Holding the world records for many species including Mirror Carp (112lb 14oz), Grass Carp (89lb 5oz) & Bighead Carp (170lb 14oz), Hungary has both the stats and the beauty to make any fishing holiday an experience of a lifetime.
The Lake
The Hungarian Carp Dream Lake is located just 2 km from the borders of Slovenia and Croatia in a little town called Tornyiszentmiklós near a highway which leads into the heart of Hungary.
The original smaller lake was formed in 1984 and since has expanded to the current size of 16 hectares with an average depth of 5m. It`s known for stunning, massive fighting fish which has given the lake it`s reputation as Hungarys finest.
The Stock
The regularly replenished stock is impressive holding hundreds over 30lb, more than 50 x 45lb+ carp, 25 x 55lb+ carp and at least 3 x fish over 65lb. The current record standing at 82lb.
With a plentiful stock, high catch rates is the norm here however they like a fight as there is room for them to manoeuvre so be prepared for some proper action bringing them in.
The Experience
With shelters situated at each swim, a shop, restaurant, toilets and showers all on site you can settle into a fantastic session in total comfort.
As the lake is so well stocked you are sure of some great catches and due to lake form and fish strength you are equally sure of some great fun working them on the line.

Guides
Guidance is provided by a team of locals who have grown up by the lake. They are fanatical about fishing and know the lake like the back of their hands.
They'll set you up, advise on the best places to fish, explain the swims and features of the lake and be available as required to help in any way they can to ensure you have all you need to catch the big carp that reside in this stunning lake.
A WhatsApp group chat will be set up for each visiting party to ensure that you can contact us easily and get any information you require.

Airport Transfers
Our Full Circle Packages include airport transfers for both your inbound and outbound flights. We will arrange collection and drop-off for you and your luggage to ensure you have a hassle-free experience from the minute you arrive until the minute you depart.
We advise flying into Ljubljana or Zagreb where you can find daily budget flights from all London and Luton airports with Easyjet & Lufthansa.
Alternative routes are available with Lufthansa usually changing in Germany.

COVID-19
Currently there still are travel restrictions to and from many European countries and the goal posts keep moving. We recognise that this brings uncertainty when planning your holidays and as such we present 2 options that should help you make your decision and start looking forward to your long overdue trip.
⁓ Any bookings made for specific dates can be changed as required with 14 days notice and evidence that travel rules have either changed or are likely to.
⁓ Open ended bookings can be taken with dates for your trip chosen once the restrictions have been lifted.
