An Exclusive booking with us in NW France includes 3 secluded & private lakes all over 2 acres. 2 carp and one dedicated cat fish lake with some real monsters. Since opening in 2018 we have had many bookings from family groups often for 2 weeks. We have found that Grandparents with their Children and Grandchildren just love the freedom and set up we offer. Imagine being able to drive to the entrance of the house and lake on arrival. Well that is what we offer at EMV, you arrive at the site and are able to unload your fishing gear in the first or second house swims and the luggage in to the house. Then park you car in the car park so you dont obstruct that view! 

This offers you and your group a real holiday break, not just a fishing holiday, but a couples, family or friends break. The carp lodge offers 2 ensuite rooms, open plan living/diner. central heating and all the comforts of home. 

with around 100 carp in the 3 acre lake just metres from the verandah you can fish in complete comfort. The lake has been subjected to a vast amount of work with modern silt drain, legal night fishing 24/7/365. Vast amout of trees removed to reduce leaf matter and improve oxygen content. 
The ability to be able to cook a bbq, have a soak in the hot tub or just have a sun bathe offers complete luxury from your own secluded house.
