Spruce Lake

The 6.5 acre lake is currently stocked with around 100 carp to over 40lb's. The lake is managed by experienced Carp handlers Mark and Jamie.Their vast knowledge of the fishing world is visible in the high standards to which the lake is maintained. Spruce Lake offers individual bookings and for larger groups you can make an exclusive booking. We restrict the number of anglers to a maximum of 5 at one time to ensure each angler has the best fishing experience within there choice of 10 Swims.

Located in Sauviat-sur-Vige, Spruce Lake offers stylish and comfortable accommodation alongside a stunning 6.5 acre Carp Lake.   This Bed & Breakfast serves a continental/English  breakfast and has a terrace where you can enjoy it! After a day of just relaxing in the garden or fishing on the lake enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. 

Spruce Lake has 3 bedrooms and can cater for individuals, groups and families. New Terrace suite now available! The location of Spruce Lake provides the perfect base for those on cycling and hiking holidays and also a refreshing stop over for those passing through the village. Alison is a fully qualified head chef and will prepare a hearty breakfast that will set you up for the day. Light lunches and evening meals can be provided at an additional cost.

For those wishing to bivvy up you can make use of the shower room and your breakfast can be served in the dining room or a breakfast baguette can be delivered straight to your bivvy so you won't have to miss a moment fishing.

*Maximum 3 rods per anglers
*All fish to be removed from the water in the slings provided
*All hook holds and wounds to be treated with treatment.(a bailiff should be notified regarding large wounds or injuries before returning).
*No sacking of fish
*No nuts e.g. Tiger nuts (particles prepared by spruce lake only)
*Boilies supplied by spruce lake only (own hook baits ie, pop ups ok ) 
*Fishing from swims only
*We ask that all of the surroundings and wildlife be respected.
*All litter including bottle caps and cigarette ends to be put in bins and ashtrays provided.
*Row boats for bailiff use only
*Spruce lake will provide all landing nets, unhooking mats and weigh slings free of charge to prevent contamination (a €30 deposit will be required)
*No excessive consumption of Alcohol will be TOLERATED on site ,offenders will be asked to leave immediately.
*No Defecating around the Lake under any circumstances 
*No fires in any circumstances
