The ponds of Vert-Le-Petit are bodies of water located in the town of the same name, in the department of Essonne (91), in the Île-de-France region. In the heart of wild and unspoiled environments, in old peat bogs, there are 5 of them over a total area of 40 hectares. It is a magnificent site, popular with nature lovers, with remarkable flora and fauna where you can observe white geese, barnacle geese, mute swans, mallards, terns, gray herons, grebes. crested and other water birds. They offer good fishing conditions and have a good fish diversity in white fish (bleak, roach, bream), predators (pike perch, pike, perch) and common carp and mirrors of intermediate size with subjects weighing up to 20 kg. It is an ideal site for both novice and seasoned anglers.

Fishing with vegetable baits only. Heavy and massive priming is prohibited. Storage bag and marking prohibited. A wide (90 cm) and deep landing net as well as a comfortable landing mat are highly recommended. Double & triple hooks are prohibited. Braided mainlines are authorized on condition that the mainline is made of nylon. Any head of line in braid is prohibited. The use of powerful lamps is prohibited and discretion is required. Only umbrella-type tent or biwy khaki fishing shelters are authorized and cannot be considered as camping. floor fires strictly prohibited.
