Champsanglard lake is a dam lake located in the municipalities of Lavaud, Anzéme and Chambon, in the department of Creuse (23), in the New Aquitaine region. Lac de Champsanglard sits on the bed of the Creuse River and is part of the 3 lakes region including Lac de l'Age . It is very popular with nature lovers and fishermen, for its wild character and its wooded and diversified landscapes with wide steep cliffs. It has a good fish density of white fish (roach, bream, rudd), a very remarkable population of predators (zander, pike, perch) and cyprinids.
