Lake Gabas
Lake Gabas is a reservoir located in the municipality of Eslourienties-Daban, in the departments of Pyrénées Atlantiques (64) and Hautes-Pyrénées (65) , in the South West of France. In a magnificent setting at the foot of the mountains, for an area of nearly 200 hectares and with small fishing ponds, Lake Gabas is one of the largest in the Pyrenees region. It offers good fishing conditions and has a good fish diversity in white fish (roach, tench, bream, rudd), predators (zander, pike, perch, black-bass) and common carp of intermediate size . Very popular with nature lovers, tourists and fishermen for its wild and preserved side .
