The Bariousses dam lake is located in the town of Treignac, in the department of Corrèze (19), in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Treignac is a commune classified as a Green Holiday Station which is part of the Regional Natural Park of Millevaches in Limousin. The Bariousses dam lake, with an area of 99 hectares, is located on the La Vézère river . It offers a great fish diversity with the presence of many predators (pike, pike-perch, perch and Fario and rainbow trout) and a remarkable herd of common wild carp and medium-sized mirror carp with very beautiful subjects reaching 20 kg. A leisure base is present on the lake, very busy in summer.
