Mondély Lake
The Mondély lake was filled with water in December 1980 and is located in the department of Ariège (09) , between the Arize massif and the Plantaurel chain, in the Occitanie region. It is a place of family relaxation with beach, nautical activities and fishing. During the walks you can observe the natural flora and fauna of the surroundings of Mondély lake as well as the passage of migrating birds . It is very popular with fishermen because it has a rich fish diversity in white fish (roach, rudd, bleak, chub), predators (pike, pike perch, Black-bass, perch) and a beautiful population of common and mirror carp.
