It is an area popular with nature enthusiasts for the diversity of its humid and aquatic environments that it concentrates and for the richness of its flora and fauna. It offers good fishing conditions and has a good fish diversity in white fish, predators (pike, pike perch and perch) and common carp of intermediate size.
