Guadiana River
The Guadiana River is one of the longest streams of the Iberian Peninsula, flowing generally westward through south-central Spain and southeastern Portugal to the Gulf of Cádiz in the Atlantic Ocean. It flows west through central Spain, then south, forming part of the Spanish-Portuguese border. The Guadiana river system provides a perfect sanctuary for the Carp to have grown to such huge weights.
