Lac des Mousseaux (or Lac de Rillé) is a body of water located in the town of Rillé, in the department of Indre et Loire (37) in the Center Val de Loire region. (Bordering on the Maine et Loire department (49). In a natural and unspoiled setting, the Lac des Mousseaux covers an area of 198 hectares and has a wild character with gently sloping banks and lush green flora. It is a site which is the property of the Entente Interdépartementale de l'Authion (Maine et Loire - Indre et Loire) and is classified as a site of European interest for the preservation of birds. It is very popular with nature lovers and of wild flora and fauna and fishermen. It has a rich fish diversity in white fish (roach, rudd, bleak, chub), predators (pike, pike perch, Black-bass, perch) and a beautiful population of common and mirror carp of good weight

Night fishing only in the sectors provided for this purpose. Fishing limited to 72 hours on the same station. Night carp fishing stations can only be occupied ½ hour after the legal sunset time. It is nevertheless possible to settle before this deadline if the position is not occupied or with the agreement of the fisherman in place. Animal baits are prohibited. Only the use of the single hook is permitted. The fishing shelter (khaki or camouflage) is strongly recommended. The storage bag is strictly prohibited at night. The circulation of boats with electric motor is authorized. Baiting by boat and bait boat is only permitted in the boat fishing area. Information: Swimming and water sports are prohibited.
