The Cayrac night carp course is located on the course of the Aveyron river, in the Tarn-et-Garonne department (82), in the Occitanie region. The Aveyron is a river in the south of France, which crosses the departments of Aveyron (12), Tarn (81) and Tarn-et-Garonne (82). It is a right tributary of the Tarn therefore a sub-tributary of the Garonne. 290.6 km long, Aveyron rises near Sévérac-le-Château, in Aveyron, and flows into the Tarn north-west of Montauban. It crosses varied landscapes, Causse de Sévérac, Pays ruthénois, Ségala, etc. She created gorges from Najac, to Montricoux, in Tarn-et-Garonne.
