The Lake

Lake Villeneuve-De-La-Raho is a lake in the town of Villeneuve-de-la-Raho in Pyrénées-Orientales, France.

Our fishing here at Villeneuve de la Raho is very different to the normal carp holiday venues as the carp feed heavily day and night. Making this the ultimate experience with untold captures of carp and screaming alarms in a stunning location. Only 15 minutes from Perpignan airport this lake is used all year round for fantastic carp fishing. The water has a great reputation for being one of the best runs waters in Europe. The lake is 230 hectares in surface water, divided into three reservoirs, the Lakes of Raho are real paradises for carp anglers.

The Stock

Raho carp stock consists of thousands of common and mirror carp with an average weight of 25lb up to weights above 60lb if you are the lucky one.

This stock level is unbelievable and the burning reels action you will have during your holiday will make the need for a rest when you return home.

The Experience

This lake has been based around many years’ experiences in the carp fishing holiday industry & the extensive search for a lake destination packed full of some of the hardest fighting carp you will ever experience.

Raho is a lake destination where you are going to catch fish day in day out while on your limited fishing holiday time. Airport transfers

Our Full Circle Packages include airport transfers for both your inbound and outbound flights. We will arrange collection and drop-off for you and your luggage to ensure you have a hassle-free experience from the minute you arrive until the minute you depart.

We advise flying into Perpignan, France, where you can find daily budget flights from Birmingham and London Stansted airports with Ryanair.
