Carp Circle Help Centre

In light of the current climate of uncertainty with regard to travelling abroad, Carp Circle offer you the flexibility to make changes to your holiday booking. Reservations with us made for travelling on or before 30 April 2022 may be altered up to 28 days before check-in without charge. Alteration after this time will incurr a minimal £95 administration fee to cover deposits paid on our guests behalf to the destination venue.

Some people like to fly, some to drive (some may even skateboard in!). We are passionate big fish experts who are really good at what we do but we are not a travel agency. We know you will find it easier and cheaper to book flights directly that suit your needs and budget rather than hoping we are also the best travel agency in the world.

Each guest visiting our venues will be connected to a dedicated WhatsApp group chat for their booking that will allow then to communicate with their guide as require. Airport transfers are included in all of our Full Circle Packages at all of our venues. All you need do is turn up & fish, we've got the rest covered.

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance as it's not expensive and can cover your belongings & fishing equipment for peace of mind. We suggest you look at RAC Travel Insurance first as they have comprehensive poilcies that include COVID-19 cover and are extremely competitive.
