The "Green Heart of Austria", Styria, is not only a paradise for vacationers, but also for anglers! How rich this country is in fishing waters is proven by the offer of the Leibnitzerfeld Leisure Center with a total of 5 fantastic fishing areas, which are undoubtedly among the most beautiful fishing waters in Austria. At our lakes it is worth casting the bait, especially since the fish population there enjoys an excellent reputation and attracts anglers from near and far. So if you want to spend your fishing holiday in Styria, Austria, you've come to the right place!

Rules

» Groundwater reserve. Fishing is permitted with 3 rods in the prescribed area. Excessive feeding is prohibited! Bait boats prohibited! The use of feed rockets and PVA material is permitted. Targeted fishing for predatory fish is prohibited. Fish removal is prohibited. “ Fish must never be lifted into the boat after they have been caught. The fish must be brought to the bank with the net in the water. » Extended photo or video sessions outside of the water will not be tolerated. The fish must always be moistened with water to prevent the mucous membrane from drying out. In the summer months of June, July and August, fish may only be photographed in the water. » The bagging or any kind of keeping of fish is strictly forbidden. The species-appropriate handling of fish is a prerequisite. » Only cradle-type mats (cradles) are permitted as unhooking mats. Sufficiently large landing net with a bow span of at least 90cm is required. » The use of Klinikum is compulsory. » Braided lines are prohibited. Line thickness 0.35mm. Chalk line mandatory min. 0.50mm mono. There must be enough string on the reel. » It is allowed to bring the assemblies by boat. Drilling fish from the boat is allowed and recommended. »Electric motor, echo sounder and markers are permitted. » Entry into the sunken area of ​​the lake is only permitted for loading and unloading the vehicle and must be left as soon as possible. Permanent parking of vehicles in the lowered area is not permitted. » The fishing grounds are to be kept in order during the entire stay at the lake. Rubbish must be taken back with you. Unlawful garbage deposits will be reported without exception. » Open fire is only allowed in fire pots or in the grill. Appropriate behavior towards fellow fishing enthusiasts is a prerequisite. Excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated. »When leaving the fishing spot, the fishing rods must be pulled out of the water. » Dogs are welcome at the fishing spot, but they must be kept under constant supervision. Dog waste is to be disposed of in the Dixi toilet. » The use of the toilet facilities is MANDATORY. After leaving the facility, the fishing spots must be completely cleared. » The fishing license must be presented to the supervisory bodies at any time upon request. Upon request, the control of the fishing tackle, luggage and the vehicle must be enabled. »In the event of non-compliance or other gross offenses, the loss of the fishing license and expulsion from the facility can be expected at any time. » The use of boats is permitted at your own risk. The association assumes no liability. Life jackets are mandatory when using boats. » In the case of anglers under the age of 18, the legal guardians are liable or assume full responsibility.
