A 6 hectare lake in the heart of nature in Chatenay-sur-Seine (77) 
10 km from Montereau and 1 hour from Paris. 

he depth of the pond is 5.50m at its deepest.

Eight swims for night fishing await you, equipped with fishing shelters and a table, barbecue is authorized.

Vehicles access to swims.

Maximum 12 Anglers.

ALL FISHING IS CONDUCTED IN NO-KILL
Carp, koi, white cup, sturgeon, coarse fishing. 
The fish must be handled and returned to the water in the best possible conditions. The mutilation or the personal marking of the fish is strictly prohibited under penalty of criminal prosecution.

NIGHT CARP FISHING
3 rods maximum per fisherman = more space for the fisherman and, by experience, more catches.
New floating storage bags are tolerated at night, photos must be taken before 9:00 a.m.  
The use of lead-core is tolerated maximum 30/100 for a length of 60cm maximum. The braid is strictly prohibited in the body or head of the line as well as the tear-off heads, only nylon threads with a diameter of 35 hundredths maximum are authorized. Any infringement entails the immediate exclusion of the fisherman.
Permanent mark prohibited. Marker tolerated on condition that it is removed after priming and removal of the line. 
Obligation to raise the lines if no carp angler on the post.  Capture and release of posts 4:00 p.m.
- This fishing is best done with ejectable lead rigs. Only one single hook per line.
- It is recommended to use hooks with micro barbs, without barbs or crushed barbs. 
- A large landing net and landing mat are required. Old storage bags are strictly prohibited.
- Any carp in a day storage bag will result in the immediate and definitive exclusion of the fisherman. 
- White cupids and sturgeons must be returned to the water immediately after photos (even at night) because they are very fragile. 
- It is obligatory to use an antiseptic in case of fish injury eg Betadine, Clinic etc. - Fishing is practiced in front of the appointed posts. - Baiting and peanut fishing prohibited 
- Esche type animal prohibited (earthworm, crayfish, maggots, etc.)

ROW AND BAIT BOAT
The use of the boat is prohibited, the boilie gun (Top-gun) is tolerated only during the day. 
The bait boat is tolerated.

RESPECT OF THE SITE
Prohibitions and obligations within the site.
- Prohibition on throwing rubbish on the ground or in the water, as well as cigarette butts which must be extinguished before being thrown in the trash . 
- It is forbidden to leave garbage bags on site. 
- The seeds must be cooked. 
- Prohibition to make fires on the ground. (Obligation to use a barbecue). 
- Gate closing from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. 
- Prohibition of lighting towards the pond in night fishing. 
- Prohibition to cut branches or trees. 
- Prohibition of obstructing the passage of vehicles of other fishermen. 
- Obligation for visitors to leave their vehicle at the entrance to the site. 
- The maximum authorized speed for vehicles is 10 km / h. 
- All traffic on the site is prohibited after 8:00 p.m. 
- Biwis or fishing shelters must be khaki or camouflage. 
- Prohibition to bathe.
