Lac Bassillon
Lake Bassillon is a plain lake located in the town of Bassillon-Vauzé, north-east of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department (64), in the extreme south-west of the territory, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. In a wild and natural setting, covering an area of 60 hectares, it is one of the lakes with the largest fish population. It has a beautiful fish diversity in white fish (roach, bream, rudd), predators (pike perch, pike, perch) and common carp of intermediate size with subjects of 15 kg. This site is very popular with nature lovers, walkers and fishermen (mainly predator fishermen).
